Any fps improvements compared to the Wii U version?

It runs 30 FPS for each player. While the full display remains at 60 FPS, the way it works is by updating the top two players and bottom two players on alternating frames.
The map in the middle and other HUD elements remain at 60 iirc

This is the same as the Wii U version for what it's worth (aside from the Wii U version's 59 FPS glitch).

Basically:
Frame 1: Top two players are updated
Frame 2: Bottom two players are updated
Frame 3: Top two players are updated

And so on. The game plays at 60 if you play split screen two player, but any more than that will drop it to 30.

Buy a super PC worth more than USD$3000 from this year.

Run the game using CEMU. Then overclock it to 120FPS so that it gets 30FPS doubled to 60FPS, and upscale it to 4K while you're at it.

Nice. Only thing left to do now is to find a way to play on your computer as a handheld. There are some methods using screen mirroring, but I think they are kind of laggy.

It's a lot of money. Why to expect a hybrid console that advertises a lot on its handheld capabilities to do what only hyper computers can do?

I mean, the Switch is great and all, but you can't expect it to have the smoothness for resolution and FPS that only modern computers can achieve.

Technically, yes.
It was technically, yes, on Wii U too. But it updates upper screens every 1st frame and lower screens every 2nd frame
