Hacking Need to downgrade N3DS from 11.3U to 11.2U w/o NAND backup. Best course of action?

The one time that I forget to check how a system update affects my GW leaves me with a N3DS that can't use my GW. I also don't have a 11.2 backup, so I have to downgrade to regain GW functionality.

Luma and A9LH are installed and still functioning properly. I just would prefer to roll back to a firmware that allows me to use my GW as well. Since the only 11.2 CTR Transfer file available for N3DS is the EUR version, that leaves me kinda SOL for my USA system.

What would be the quickest and cleanest way of performing the downgrade without having to reinstall many things after doing so?

Hmm, there is a needed US N3DS 11.2 CTR image, if I could dump one from a region changed emunand would that work?

Just get the 11.2 CIA pack and downgrade using sysDowngrader from within homebrew. Will need to enable "Patch SVC/service/archive/ARM9 access" in Luma config.
