Hacking How do i install Wii virtual console games to a hard drive..

yes i know how to install the wad but it installs it to nand, not to external hdd.
Ok so let's get our terminology on the same page.

You want to put virtual Wii titles from the Wii U eshop on your USB? Lots of ways.

1. Buy the game, install to nand, then move it to USB in data management.
2. Use USB helper to download the game. Install with WUP Installer GX2 to USB
3. If you have a vWii title on nand already then go to data management and move it to USB

i have the games in wad format can i use wup installer?

in the vwii data management i dont see my usb drive just sd card...

also the hdd i use for usb loader gx is fat32 format so i think that's why it doesnt read it in data management.

also they're old wii vc tittles from the old wii shop so i'm trying to do it all from the vwii not the wii u

vwii is similar to regular wii you never used a hard drive with it unless it was modified that's why theres no listing in data management

I already followed the definitive guide. i'm just trying to install the wad files to the external hdd instead of to nand like the yawmm app does. But i think it's not possible now.

if I remember the only way that is possible is using sneek or neek but you have to check around and make sure they are updated to work for vwii
