Well,hello to my first post.I´m here just to saw you something I found there that helped with a lot.This it´s a method that only works if you already had Homebrew,you actually have ARM9 and some CFW,Luma in my case (With this I mean that the Homebrew stopped working when you updated to 11.4).Well,lets start:
1.-(Optional): If you don´t have the LUMA3DS Updater,you need it.Just go to this page (https://github.com/Hamcha/lumaupdate/releases) and scroll down until you see a QR Code.Keep the page open,go to your 3DS (IMPORTANT:I´M MAKING THIS ON AN OLD 3DS,BUT ALSO WORKS IN NEW!) and run FBI.Go down in the FBI until you see the "QR Installer".Press A to use the option and catch the QR Code in the PC Screen.A message will pop saying "Do you want to install this CIA".Just press A and install the CIA.You have finished installing the LumaUpdater,just return to the 3DS Menu and unpack the present!
2.-The second step it´s easy too.For getting the payload for Homebrew on 11.4,you just need to do this.Go to this official Homebrew page (http://smealum.github.io/3ds/) and scroll down (IMPORTANT:IF YOU ARE A NEW 3DS USER,JUST DOWLOAD THE 11.4 PAYLOAD DIRECTLY /SOME CASES/).You will see this:
Okay,put the numbers (IMPORTANT:YOUR MODEL CONSOLES CAN DEPEND.ALSO,BE SURE YOU SET CORRECTLY YOUR REGION!) and dowload "otherapp".Once you dowload "otherapp",move it to the Desktop,for example.
3.-Once you have it on the Desktop,just go to your SD Card (In the PC).In the main root of the SD card,you will see there´s a folder called "hblauncherloader",like this:
Okay,get in the folder and there will be a file called "OLD-11-4-0-37-EUR".Copy that name (The name from the file inside that folder) and paste it in the file you saved in the Desktop.When you have changed the name,just move the file in the Desktop and put it on the folder,just click "Replace this file" buttons and just put it there.Okay,lets go to the final step.
4.-Go back to your 3DS and open LumaUpdater.There will be 2 options: press the first one,the one that says: "install normal version".Press A and wait to load.After loading,just press START to reboot.
5.- FINAL STEP! (VERY IMPORTANT): When you finally reboot the console,turn it off.Now,be prepared,because when you turn it on,while it´s booting,press SELECT for entering LUMA Options.Then,some options will appear (You can check if you are in the options at the top).Just move with the left up/down/left/right buttons and select (The selection will be checked with a red cross).Just press START to save changes and reboot.Once you are in the 3DS menu,repeat the update of LUMA in LumaUpdater.When you are done,try Homebrew again and...DARAAAA! YOU HAVE IT BACK!
