Homebrew Luma3DS / A9LH has broken homebrew

Yeah the titles explains it all really where my N3ds simply crashes I really need a fresh braindump of Pokemon moon but it aways freezes on a green / glitched / black top screen and a Glitched / black top screen I have the hax 2.9 alpha the Hblunchaer loader CIA thing and soundhax (Soundhax worked for a period of time) but then like 3 weeks ago that started happening please help me or give an alternative way to get a Romfs.bin and exefs.bin to do stuff with the ctrtool and yeah stuff!

afaik, if you update to latest hourly it will fix homebrew. other than that, use godmode9/decrypt9 and this guide (will attach in edit)

Why do you want a CXI? From what I understand, you are just looking to dump the game and use the romfs/exefs which the tool in that guide allows. it is a lot simpler to follow that than, let's say, ctrtool
