I'm running Luma CFW and ALH9 and was wondering if it's safe to update to 11.4 yet?
All i know is that NTR and the HBL weren't working, and idk if they are yet.
If they are in fact updated to work on 11.4, could someone give me a link so i can update them?
Thanks!

It depends if you're running a new 3ds or old

I'm guessing it's o3ds so delete the 11.4 one and rename the 11.2 to match the 11.4 payload

No its not safe to update if you don't have arm9 no exploits have been found yet for cfw on 11.4

You can safely update emuNAND (make sure the version says Emu in front of it and not Sys, if it says Ver. then go into Luma settings by holding Select when booting CFW and enable "Show current NAND in System Settings"
But I would really recommend you install A9LH, it takes a while but you will be glad you did, it's faster and more reliable, and you can get rid of emuNAND freeing up space on your SD card. Just follow http://3ds.guide making sure not to skip any steps.
