I'm not that desperate to get the game done that fast. Did you ever do a save comparison to see where the achievements are stored in the save file? See where 0's turn to 1's or something like that.

With all the preceding hacks you need to get this plugin what version would the DS have to be in?

No, If you're on 11.4, you can't use these cheats. Resetting the 3ds won't downgrade it. So atm you can't use these cheats as you don't have CFW and thre is currently no exploits to get CFW on 11.4.
sorry to quote a rather old post, but can I ask what program you're using there? I can't seem to figure it out and I want to try to do proper editing so it may helpNotes about passwords:
- In the game files and code.bin, stuff related to passwords is mentioned as 'Watchword'.
- There is (oddly) a 'AddCashByWatchword' function (see Pic1) visible in the code.bin, presumably there'll be passwords that add cash (cash = the romfs/code.bin name for gem apples iirc).
- I haven't been able to find any passwords in the romfs or code.bin so presumably passwords are checked against a server-sided file.
Umbst editor to see some text names from the romfs and Ida pro with the code.bin to see the function names.

Ida Pro seems to be something i have to buy and I can't find a download for umbst editor...

I haven't the cia but I was able to download via CiAngel. iirc, freeshop has it now anyway.
