yes, tik2SD is the way to dump your keys.
I don't know how the "key website" works or if you can send keys yourself.
If you do, maybe you'll have to edit your key to delete your console's ID first? making it a "zero consoleID" allows the key to work on all consoles, but break the signature. With signature patch it's making the console accept it.

Publicly telling you share a game or a ticket to a specific game is maybe not a good idea.
