My cheating philosophy:
I like playing pokemon a lot. The problem with online play is that if you want a good pokemon, you need to spend a lot of time breeding and training. I personally hate the grind that this makes, so I am just taking out the time, and get the same results.

The other thing I hate is that event pokemon are limeted. If you didn't play pokemon emerald in japan 10 years ago, you are shit-out-of-luck and will never get a mew in emerald. That is why I give stuff away. People can now complete their pokedex perfectly, without the hassle of trading a dialga for a bidoof.

I understand you might hate cheating, but please: other people do not care for it so don't ruïn it for them.

He's not trying to get people to subscribe to a channel or pay for anything, just making an announcement that he will gen things and to contact him on reddit. With the amount of cheaters online, this provides a more even field. Online players will 99% of the time have a genned team. I don't see the problem with this. I agree with @_ENTER

Genning is ok for battles with your buddy's or casual smogon play,vgc however should be done legitly.Free Battlespot is debatable since there are a ton of gen mons anyway.
