Just today, Nintendo 3DS firmware 11.4.0-37 has been released. I saw no other posts on this so far, so I am posting it. Here is what I found so far has been either temporarily or permanently broken/patched.

BootNTR Selector: Working with latest version (2.7.3)

UDSploit: Patched

Soundhax: Patched (Finally Nintendo... Lmao)

Safehax: Doesn't work without UDSploit, so therefore broken.

11.4.0-37 fixes the slowdown bug for some games like OOT3D that 11.3.0-36 has introduced. Confirmed by @Feffe

Please let me know if anything else got patched. Yes, of course, if you have A9LH+Luma3DS, you can safely update.

If you're on N3DS, yeah. It's only affecting N3DS as far as we know. Reboot patches (which are what allow AGB/DS(i) to work on CFW) were broken by something Nintendo did.

Expect this only seems to be effecting New3DS owners. This doesn't look like something Nintendo intended to do, so it might be a little harder to troubleshoot this one.

Homebrew launcher just needs the latest payloads.
Launchers like FBI will always work if they were installed through a CIA. Those basically work through signature patches done to the NAND. So basically as long as your CFW still boots, you should be able to continue booting into homebrew apps.

11.4 somehow broke the reboot patches for the new3DS. It wasn't intended to, but it did. So with that in mind, I highly suggest holding off on updating until it's confirmed safe.
And just for context, these patches are used for booting into DS(i)/GBA

If you have a backup of 11.3, you can restore that like normal.

Currently there is a bug in the new update that seems to cause issues with the reboot patches both Nightly and Stable of Luma3DS. This bug seems to only effect the new3DS, but does not seem to effect the old3DS. No one is quite sure what's causing this issue, it wasn't something caused directly by Nintendo. So right now it's just random troubleshooting in the dark until someone can pinpoint just what's going on.
