Why does it have a thing for "FBI & Freeshop", freeshop requires a arm9 exploit. FBI goes along with arm11 for legit titles. Remove that because it's confusing and doesn't fit lmfao

Its for people that litterally dont understand anything and just come asking for freeshop and fbi it makes perfect sense since Noone knows what any of that other stuff is. Appreciate the input.

Add in parenthesis on arm11 and arm9 then. They both require different things anyways. So there's no point in putting them together.
