Hacking Access Japanese eShop on European Wii U?

I have hacked Wii U following this guide:

I am wondering if there is way for me to buy games from Japanese eShop?
I wanna contribute tik files from those games on that website since they are missing.
I don't mind buying only if I could. If it is not possible, if someone has Japanese Wii U and is willing to help me, I would request if possible from the person to buy two games and dump files for me. Would pay via PayPal.

Buying Japanese Wii U just to dump two games from eShop and then trying to sell it myself without knowing will I recover money I used to buy it is really not good solution for me.I would rather pay someone who has Japanese Wii U money to buy the two games in question from Japanese eShop and have him dump them for me. But if there is way to access Japanese eShop from European Wii U, thats even better. Is it maybe possible to install Japanese eShop as a channel?

The only way to do this is to use another console's redNAND with OTP/SEEPROM redirection as the console cert is very likely to be permanent locked to one region. You're better off buying a JPN console or import discs and play them with haxchi.

What about asking Japanese owner to dump it? Is there anyone here on GBATEMP with Japanese console who could do it? I would pay in advance of course.

I could import disc version for one of games I want but other one would be problem as it is Wii title and I cannot dump that import to be in format that I can install it in Wii U system menu which is what I want.

redNAND dump includes their accounts and i bet you don't want to put your cc on them.

Thats definitely something I don't want indeed and it sounds overall as a big hassle (this whole redNAND).

Download tik2sd and with that program, you will have tik file on SD card afte dumping it from game:

So all you would have to do is buy game and send me small tik file. Rest of files I already have so I can then install games. Do you have discord? I think it would be better we talk there about me paying you for purchasing and you dumping tik file.
