Gateway3DS team just released a new update!

01/04 — Gateway Ultimate 5.0b
Postal on April 01. 2017
We are proud to announce our new firmware update: Gateway Ultimate 5.0b, featuring "sighax" !
Today is the day that everyone was waiting for, our new firmware update is finally out, after a lot of job done we have cracked
the bootrom. That mean you'll be able to use our flashcard on any firmware ! Even on futur firmware!
For that, we have made a new revision of your favorite flashcard, futur Gateway card will now have "sighax" implanted in it, so
our new users will be able to use our card on any new firmware. "That mean all older Gateway flashcards won't be compatible
with sighax ?" Of course not, as we said, we will always support our actual customers, you'll be able to upgrade your Gateway
card from the Gateway boot menu, the new flashcard revision is only for those who don't own a Gateway and so won't be able
to upgrade from the menu. We also made some revision about all our actual feature (Multi-rom menu selection, in -game menu,
ect...) We didn't fix 11.3 emunand compatibility yet, but after this hard work we are going to add support for this firmware
update.

nop, derrek definately was the first one, and hedge started dumping it before the 33c3 so the gw team just knows about vectorhax since december, and I mean hedge is almost 24/7 on it since half a year, so yeah. he will definately win this race

I hope so, it would be funny to see Gateway making a sighax announcement after hedge release (if he did it)

well they are probably simply gonna steal the code used in safesighaxinstaller/an implementation of sighax, like they did with the public implementation of arm9loaderhax.

yeah but this time it would be an advantage for them, sighax actually need nand r/w.
People without flashcard will be able to install it with dsiwarehax or idk which *hax.

Here they just need to inject some "sighax installer" code into their card so any firmware will be exploited directly with a flashcard, instead of entrypoint.

Be sure that sighax will open the door for some flashcard team/Datel (for a real AR3DS which I wish <3)
