Hacking Bayonetta 2 Freezes on splash screen after TCPGeko

hi guys, i'm trying get to work with tcpgecko
loaded the latest version, and every time freezes and dont pass the splash screen
seems like bayonetta dont like to play with tcpgecko


i just want add some halos in my game =/

have anyone tryed/experiencied this?

Boot game. After it is fully booted connect with jgeckou
That is the problem, i cant boot game after load tcpgecko

Without loading tcpgecko, you cannot use any memory hack

I must load tcpgecko on homebrew before load the game to get jgecko connect

Did you use TCPGecko with Cosmo's Handler?
If that crashes for you, try plain TCPGecko.

Don't try to connect instantly before loading Bayonetta or being in Wii U menu.
You're sure you didn't do that?


turn on my wiiu, open homebrew launcher
select tcp gecko (normal codehandler or the other with a giant name)
back to wiiu menu
load up bayonetta 2
high pinch sound and freezes on splash screen


otherwise, game runs normally, i finished it some days a go in fact

3 years later... any luck on fixing this issue? I picked up a wii U last week and i want to get jgecko codes working on it but i cant get the game to start with jgeck running. I have the same issues as described above
