Hardware Thinking about upgrading my 3ds jpn to a us 3ds xl

I currently have a black jpn old 3ds with rxtools. I use to run this to play games in english if possible but many games that are in english display in japanese due to the jpn region 3ds.

Anyway

My point of this thread is I want to upgrade my experice witht the 3ds to us one. I liked and had a 3ds xl but in japanese.

The reason I brough a japanese 3ds both times, was be auseI were an early player enjoying smash 3ds back when it first released in japan. That and i continue playing it because of the undub,

Im sure now the undub can be played in the english menu version of smash? On the english 3ds of course.

The other thing is i read rxtools is no longer supported and i see this luma thing but Im not sure where to start.

I just want to start a new, with a us 3ds xl and with a cfw to run all games in english. And also have smash 3ds english menu with undub.

How do i start this? I have been away from the 3ds scene a very loong time.

Okay basically RxTools is DEAD okay? forget about it , don't mention it , imagine it as a taboo word of CFW

If you have a low enough fw you can install something called A9LH just follow 3ds.guide to the VERY WORD and you will have Luma3DS CFW installed.
