I suppose this is where I should state a brief description of myself so here it goes (don't get excited, I'm pretty lame). Well, I'm an 18 y/o college student who doesn't do much beyond going to school, laying in bed, playing video games, and reading. My social skills are actual garbage as just the idea of a quick conversation of small talk is enough to reduce me to a stuttering mess, I mostly always back out of conversations quickly or avoid them all together. I am not actually sure if this is unusual or not but I've actually made 0 friends throughout my 18 years of living, and I don't mean "good friends" or whatever, 0 friends period. I've often gone through forum sites, this included, just to silently read through other people's conversations as I lack the courage to start one myself. Anyway, here I am, with a gbatemp account, deciding to at least attempt this whole online communication thing. So hello people, i guess

Are you sure this is the right place for you? Sure it has games discussions hacking and stuff, but be warned, i been here almost a year and always feel outcasted (No offense) Still is overwhelming even for people here longer but welcome anyway. At least you made a effort to try something new like me.

Just be warned, if you get blocked which will likely happen with the shots fired all over this place, don't feel bad, there is plenty of people here and very little to think about quitting so soon.

Hmm I kinda developed a habit of judging people as collectively terrible due to prior experiences, maybe I should work on that. Philadelphia, and not really no, the beach at night was nice though.

Don't get me wrong, It can work out, but is all relevant to how things proceed. Just be yourself. You want true people not phonies. So don't focus too much on negative, be positive. If you get any trouble, take a deep breath, calm down or even a break, there is a reason why the log out button exist

Don't take it as a offense, is simply saying if you stop trying then that is when is over, as long as you keep trying you can expect change, will it though is a matter of time and is it worth it, is a matter of opinion. But is important for triumphant than to do nothing.

You may not know me well but i do struggle like anyone else here including you, so is not much of a difference between people who can relate. Have you seen my introduction? Is a introduction in deed yes, but i did my best cause i wanted to make sure i was trying my best when i started. Some mixed reviews and opinions of it but i tried, is a matter of what you want and how you willing to put into getting it.

I'm just too discouraged about everything with life to keep up a "keep trying" type of attitude. I'm so emotionally tired and mentally exhausted, it makes it hard to take a proactive approach to anything. I apologize if this makes me sound like an attention whore but I've been depressed and suicidal for as long as I can remember if that clears anything up.
