Homebrew Multiple Wii U Gamepads with one video signal?

I know that Wii U Gamepad uses Wifi to communicate with the Wii U, and for Wii U to send video signal to Wii U Gamepad.

Is it possible for the Wii U to send out one video signal, and multiple Gamepads can receive that same signal without cut framerate? Or the Wifi protocol won't allow that?

There's a way to sync 2 gamepads with custom-made homebrew app but you would experience:

1. Screen Tearing
2. Signal Dropout
3. Performance Drop
4. Weak connection

You could try but Wii U naturally won't let you pair 2 gamepads at the same time.

Yes they did, but it seems that the idea was discarded, maybe because of performance issues.
