hey im looking for a flash cart that supports both 3ds and nds games on n3ds 11.3
will dstwoplus work on my console? [it does not have a cfw]
and what are the pros and cons of ds two plus and can we play online game on it?

There is a DS emulator, but it only works on New3DS and runs like shit. There is a GBA emulator in starterpack, but it also runs like shit.
Which I really suggest the DSTWO for GBA emulation on stock OFW.
You can't do GBA injection on stock OFW because you don't have the patched AGB firmware to make them work. Which is something you can only get through CFW.
If you want a CFW, sell your 3DS and buy a new one. Current ones on the market should still be on 11.2.

Yes, it's completely impossible. First, there is nds-bootstrap hack, but it requires a CFW to work. But it also sucks, doesn't work with most games, and doesn't save with others.
Second, 11.3 patched out ALL FORMS OF EXPLOITS! Not only did it patch out the methods used by slow/fasthax, it also made it impossible to downgrade with hardmod/dsiwarehax. It added a NATIVE_FIRM requirement to the homemenu, meaning if you downgrade the NATIVE_FIRM, it will just boot to black screen and that's it. The only thing you can do is buy a new system.

I wouldn't suggest something if it didn't fit what you needed.

The pros to the DSTWO
1: Has an onboard CPU and RAM. This allows it to a better RTS engine, cheat engine, etc.
2: The CPU and RAM also allow for GBA/SNES emulation directly from the cart.
3: Impossible to patch out (even though Nintendo gave up years ago on patching out flashcarts)
4: You could play games online, expect the 90% (most likely higher) of the servers no longer work.

Cons:
1: Eats up battery life when using emulators
2: Sleep mode does not turn of the CPU, so it drains your battery life.

The DSTWO+ will work in DS Mode on 11.3, it will not work in 3DS mode though. The pros and cons of the DSTWO+ are the same as the DSTWO expect the 3DS mode is running a "stolen" version of ReiNAND (took the source, modified it and didn't release the modifications nor credit Rei.)
I don't know any flashcart sites in India, I know nds-card.com is based in China and delivers worldwide.

Y would it not play 3ds games?

Can u explain what is the use of moon shell

They have told it has homebrew in it so does that mean i can use fbi to intall cia(without cfw)
Or will i be able to intall cfw through that card?

DS homebrew =/= 3DS homebrew. No CFW and FBI for you.

Sky3DS is the only flashcart that can play 3DS roms on 11.3, and it can't run DS games.

i have hombrew and i installed legit cia files through fbi when i was on 11.2 but now i cant as im on 11.3
i have that mgba emulator its decent but i want to put those gba games on home menu

Get a sky3ds for 3ds support, and any old flashcart for DS support

Your post does not help him in the slightest, because if you bothered to read the full thread, you would have read that he does not have custom firmware. This can only be possible with custom firmware.

I did read it, I saw where he said he didn't know what CFW was. But he also said that he had homebrew and used FBI to install CIAs on 11.2.

I was just letting him know that my FBI still works on 11.3 and I've used it to inject GBA games using this method.

FBI does not work on 11.3 unless you have CFW. There is no method to getting FBI to work on 11.3. You need CFW. Don't even bother trying to pull some bullcrap that says "my FBI still works on 11.3 and I don't have CFW" because it does not work.

For the last time, DS homebrew does not equal 3DS homebrew. YOU CANNOT INSTALL CIAS WITH A FLASHCART NOR CAN YOU USE FBI ON 11.3. Please stop asking.

There is no current flash cart that lets you play DS and 3DS games on 10.3. Sky3DS for 3DS games or some kind of R4 for DS games are your only options.
