It's a sad day for Zelda fans because Nintendo announced today they would no longer be selling the game. All that hard work developers put in for nothing. The reason why it was cancelled was because Nintendo had a file and the master copies of the game burnt to a crisp and basically were Doritos now.

"I don't think anyone cares, it's just a stupid game no one cares about", Reggie Fils-Aime, CEO of Nintendo of America said. "All you do in the game is fight."

"Yeah we were gonna waste a lot of plastic for the game cases if we shipped it", Bill Trinen said. "Let's go green."

Nintendo says the Wii U and Nintendo Switch versions were both cancelled and the downloadable versions of the games will not be sold.

However, Nintendo is gonna make up for this by re-releasing 3 classic Zelda games. They are Zelda: The Wand of Gamelon, Zelda's Adventure, and Link: The Faces of Evil.

Link, the King, and someone else were interviewed about this and here's what they said.

"Link: Gee it sure is boring around here.
King: My boy, this piece is what all true warriors strive for.
Link: I just wonder what Ganon's up to.
???: Your majesty, it is written that only Link can defeat Ganon.
Link: Great! I'll pack my stuff!
???: There is no time. Your sword is enough."

Nintendo hopes these three Zelda games will interest Zelda fans of all ages, it will be coming to the Nintendo Switch.

"Who plays Zelda games anyway? Just go to some forest and get a nice breath of fresh air and defeat bad guys. That's much more fun.", Shigeru Miyamoto said.
