Hacking System Update? (no BotW)

Hey guys, I'm new here.

So, recently, I noticed a notification for a system update for the Wii U:

This is actually pretty recent, since I've temporarily enabled system updates on my Wii U so I could download the update for Shantae HGH, which was out, like, last friday. I have been blocking updates since then.

What is this system update? Is it the Zelda BotW one? It's just... I don't own the game, so I have no idea if Nintendo is forcing everyone to download this update.

Wow, really? I guess it has been a while since I've looked at the update screen, because I don't remember that showing up before.
