will the framerate be higher with the boostmode?

There is a fps boost in some games, yes. Also if you have an HDR TV, else not really. You might have some improvement on VR games if you're into it, but not significant so far.

and another question are the games running with 60fps?

Some games have a 60fps patch, others don't. Also, some games already run on 60fps on the regular PS4.

Is it worthy? Well, that is up to you. Honestly, if I was buying a PS4 for the first time, yes, but for people who already have one, I don't think it is worth the extra money.

Mostly this, unless you need another ps4 for online play because you want to keep yourself on a low firm for future "hacks".

Well i mean if you have the original ps4 pro, it has 2.4GHZ wifi, while slim and pro has 5GHZ wifi. Then there is that poorly advertized HDR and 4K games, and then the performance boost and double HDD space from 500GB to 1TB.

With the 4.50, people reported faster load times on games that doesn't even support the enhanced pro performance, it has HDD USB support up to 8TB So the extra 500GB included is probably pointless, you will probably replace it right away. If you don't have 4K or HDR tv or don't even care about graphics and just want performance for games or better wifi, that extra 100$ just probably isn't worth it for something that should been already there at launch in 2013.

Wait for a price drop and maybe try to sell your old one to help pay for new one if you can, still if you have one, is not much of a imporvement. Probably very minor like psp 1000- 2000 with extra ram, or psp vita slim with built in storage. Still many people care about performance and framerate issues over good graphics, but is a opinion. Having already a OG system with the bad wifi, i would upgrade for the better wifi and performance, not for any graphics, too bad they didn't split the idea of the system into having a chocie of better graphics or better performance and cutting the price. Probably a waste of money for them but least people would probably find a better reason to consider buying that thing they call a console that can rival a PC :P

Since cloud gaming is probably gonna be more popular now, i hope to expect they have the performance issues and stable streaming accurately.

I guess, my concerns isn't about the console its self, is just the games i wanna play and how i can play them. Exclusive games are why the console market is the way it is. Can't play mario on playsation, can't play god of war on xbox, and can't play halo on nintendo, can't play (INSERT MANY PC GAMES HERE) On console. Is just how it is. No one likes having all those things in the house just to be able to play the game they want on it but is how is gonna be for now.

If sega still made consoles, we would still get some good sega games every so often, instead of waiting years for a good sonic game, a new.... crazy taxi... or umm... Phantasy star genesis HD remasters or whatever. Instead we get about 3 sega games a year, yakuza, sonic, and whatever atlus comes up with. Competition isn't bad in this case, cause it pushes people to do better and then we get some good gems for games, instead of craptastic disappointments, but fairness is hard to keep up and please everyone, so is just a race no one will win. Which is why people just have pc for it.

if you use remote play at all, being able to do 1080p instead of just 720p is almost entirely worth the upgrade
