Well i mean if you have the original ps4 pro, it has 2.4GHZ wifi, while slim and pro has 5GHZ wifi. Then there is that poorly advertized HDR and 4K games, and then the performance boost and double HDD space from 500GB to 1TB.
With the 4.50, people reported faster load times on games that doesn't even support the enhanced pro performance, it has HDD USB support up to 8TB So the extra 500GB included is probably pointless, you will probably replace it right away. If you don't have 4K or HDR tv or don't even care about graphics and just want performance for games or better wifi, that extra 100$ just probably isn't worth it for something that should been already there at launch in 2013.
Wait for a price drop and maybe try to sell your old one to help pay for new one if you can, still if you have one, is not much of a imporvement. Probably very minor like psp 1000- 2000 with extra ram, or psp vita slim with built in storage. Still many people care about performance and framerate issues over good graphics, but is a opinion. Having already a OG system with the bad wifi, i would upgrade for the better wifi and performance, not for any graphics, too bad they didn't split the idea of the system into having a chocie of better graphics or better performance and cutting the price. Probably a waste of money for them but least people would probably find a better reason to consider buying that thing they call a console that can rival a PC
Since cloud gaming is probably gonna be more popular now, i hope to expect they have the performance issues and stable streaming accurately.
