So I got a bit scared, because I realised I had installed CBHC whilst in patched sysmenu.

The removal went fine, but now I see that the DS VC game is still listed as the CBHC icon?

What do I do about this now? Can it be deleted and the real DS VC games reinstalled, then install haxchi or CBHC over it?

Make sure that you can boot normally. Check to make sure that CBHC is really uninstalled. Watch for text on the gamepad during boot. If you don't see text and you're sure CBHC is uninstalled then the next step is to go to Data Management and remove the DS game from nand that you used for haxchi. Then follow these steps:

1. Re download DS game from eshop to nand.
2. Test that the game plays with no usb plugged in.
3. Install latest HaxChi from HomebrewLauncher
4. Test, test test. Make sure no usb is plugged in and you can access HBL with HaxChi
5. Install latest CBHC from HomebrewLauncher.
6. Tell CBHC to autoboot to system menu.

No need to boot into any CFW for any of these steps.

Thanks. I'm absolutely certain it's booting normally. But when I enter the data management section, it's still listed as "dont touch this". It doesn't say brain training anymore. That's what's kind of got me spooked..

When you install CBHC there's a process that adds the icon and the ' don't touch this ' text.

I'd assume that the uninstall process doesn't have a reverse action to restore the CBHC icon and text to the original DS icon and text, since it can be done with many DS games.

Perhaps the Dev could add a process to the installation that copies the original DS icon and text to the SD, and reinstall it if present when uninstalling :)

As long as you're certain CBHC is gone you're safe to remove the DS game.

Correct, that's also because the game's rom is replaced by haxchi/cbhc and after removing them you are left with an useless empty emulator anyway
