Homebrew How to transfer Pokemon Gen 5 to 7 without Bank?

My 3DS version is 11.3.0-36U. I don't have CFW, but I do have thw Homebrew Launcher using SoundHax. I don't want to pay 5$ for Pokemon Bank, so is there another method to transfer my Pokemon from Black 2 to Sun? I have PKSM, but it only registers Sun, and not Black 2.
EDIT: Both games are physical and legit copies.

Gen 4 and 5 games have to be physical cartridges to work with PKSM, if you're playing the DS titles with a flashcard, they will not work with PKSM. I've asked the creator if he'd consider adding flashcard support, but he said no though it wouldn't be impossible.

Well they should work with PKSM, my Heart Gold copy works just fine. Do you have the latest release of PKSM? Otherwise I don't know what to tell ya.

PKSM is the easiest way, they use pkhex core. so it's like using a simplified version of pkhex. Pkhex emulates the official transfer methods.

Maybe that's the problem. I'll reinstall PKSM and see what happens.

PKSM is OK, but if you want to make sure that your Pokémon transfer correctly, you should be using JKSM, TWLSaveTool, and PKHex.

The problem you're having is one of permissions. Since you're using userland homebrew and not installing apps via CIAs, you need to install either Poké Transporter or Pokémon Dream Radar in order to get the permissions you need to access NTR and TWL carts (AKA DS games)

There might be a way to download Poké Transporter without paying for Bank, although I don't know for sure. But either way, Dream Radar is a worthwhile purchase for you, since you have Black 2.

But either way, I recommend using PKHex to transfer, since the developers of that app work hard to ensure that the transfer matches Bank's exactly, and since it works with all main Pokémon titles, including games like Box and Ranch, and can migrate directly to Sun or Moon, which is by far the best way to get 'mons from games like Colosseum. ("main" in this context referring to data structures)

no, JKSM is a save manager used to extract the save data from 3ds games.

what you need to do is the following if you decide to use pkhex.
Requirements
JKSM.3dsx to import/export save data from ORASXY and SunMoon
TWLsavetool to import/export save data from SSHG P/Dt/pl (DS Games)
PKHeX to transfer the pkms.
PC obviously.

1. export all the saves from your game.
2.open pkhex with the target save(where you want your pokemons to be send)
2.open pkhex again with the source(the game that has the pokemons you want to trade)
4. just drag and drop from the source to the save.
5. save the changes in the target save which will create a new save. you can overwrite the original file.
6. import the target save to the game.

note: you can only go forward with pkhex. 3->4->5->6->7. 1->7.
note 2: it's safe to skip generations if you want your pkms from HG to be send to Sun. just open sun as the target save and hg as the source and just drag n' drop.

it's only needed it if he wants to use pksm. which is the faster method here. for pkhex. I think he might only need the pokebank app to get access to the sunmoon saves using JKSM.

Huh, this topic stopped refreshing for me, I thought nobody was helping anymore. You will note my copious editing after other people replied.

So, yeah. If it turns out you can't get Transporter via a QR code or whatever, buy Dream Radar. You can get legendaries off it and stuff, so it's worthwhile.
