Even more no for that. You need a flashcart and or a CFW for that as well.

You need either a flashcart or TWLoader
I suggest using a flashcart because TWLoader doesn't support most games yet.
I suggest the R4i Gold (URL on cart r4ids.cn)

I also recommend r4i gold. I just ordered it from nds-card. Got it within days and it works like a charm out of the box. Just load your software and games onto the micro SD card plugged into the cart and you are good to go.
