Homebrew [Request] load .bin onto amiibo via Wii U Homebrew

Now, I have an amiibo and a Wii U, and I want to spoof my amiibo as a different one, and I have the .bin file that I need. So, would it be possible to create a Homebrew that allows you to replace an amiibo's Bin file by tapping it?

i think the amiibo's code is locked (character) only the data about the character can be changed. (stats, levels, etc)
