Gaming Salvaging save files of EUR leaked version for retail USA copy

Hey all,

Title pretty much says it all (Edit: oh, except the name of the game... Zelda BOTW).
Will I be able to do that once I get my USA retail copy in the mail?
I know some save files are region locked. What is the likelihood of Zelda being the same, and is there any (homebrew wise), anyway to convert to one another ?

What I was thinking is just to change the TITLE ID to the US version and the inject it to the US version, not very sure if that works xD

Installed EUR version on USA console
-dump save with saviine
-delete the EUR game
-in PC, copy the saviine_root\dump\00050000-101C9500 to saviine_root\inject, and rename the folder to 00050000-101C9400
-install USA game and update
-inject the save with saviine

Someone on that one ISO site said the saves were compatible but i haven't tested it myself.

Hey i got a question about saviine, i have the eur version of botw installed on my american Wii U, and i wanted to copy my saves, there is two on separate profiles.
The problem is, i just saw that saviine needs that you boot into the game to dump or inject the saves, but i can't boot into mine because the v33 update came out and it doesn't allow me to get into the game.
What should i do?

Install the V33 update? LOL


Donwload it with USB HELPER and then install it with WUP, done.

I'd like to know if someone tried it without dumping/injecting the saves, simply uninstalling the EUR version and installing the US one.
I'm a noob at this, and the explanations for Saviine are a bit complex for me.

It is region locked, my EUR save game doesnt work with the US version. Use Saviine to work.

Yes, I backed up my save before I installed the US game, and then changed the ID to the US and injected it and VOILA it works!
