Hacking WUP installer error with Zelda BOTW - not a game title or update

I downloaded the game from WIIU USB HELPER.
Tried on 2 different SD cards.
The game won't me to play it, that's my destiny.

Try to install it via Wifi from PC. It should work if it's really sd card problem.

The update needs the signature patch, not the game, the game is not protected as I understood

Also, I think it's just that people are talking about "the update", they actually mean DLC?

No, it's not DLC it's an update for the game. It has been fake signed because it isn't actully available yet.

OK, so I installed the game with wupinstaller and it installed fine. Game lauches fine, but then says "you must install a system update to play".

I didn't really understand that you needed to install the update to play the game. I thought the files and the ticket were supposed to be the exact same as the disk version? Surely you don't have to activate the disk version over the internet?

So on the 3rd of march, I can simply connect the wii u to the internet and it'll install the update and play? I don't really wanna install any fake signed stuff etc. I haven't done it with any of my other games that have been installed brazilian style.

Zelda has an update which MUST be installed before it can be launched. It is between 2 and 3 GB in size but the game will not launch without it. If you don't want to install the fake signed update you will have to wait to until the game is released.

Wiiu usb helper transfer tool. Try transfer via ftp and without restarting console start install, maybe it will resolve the problem.

I have a US console...if I install BotW "Brazilian Style" is there a way to sig patch without installing CFW? Would I need to run a program everytime I boot the game or is it just a no-go?

I used the brazilian method and I boot IOSU Hax each session, not the ideal but is stable and safer than trying full hack for now

Is it safe to let it install the new 1.1.0 Update from Nintendo (around 150MB) over the game+2gigs update installed via wup Y mod?

Is there anything else it fixes besides adding the DLC option? Wish there was a patch note to find out if anything's changed

It's ok to download the update from nintendo, if you just have the virgin 10GB of files from NUS.

I don't know if it's ok to apply the patch over the top of the fake signed update. That's why I didn't want to install the pre-release update anyway.

BTW, you're in the US, and you must've installed the EU game? You can download the USA version now

Thank dude, I back at trying to do this again, funny story I got a Switch and a copy for it, I just want to mess around with cheats and shit like that, like the good old days
