Where is R4 3DS website coming from?

Any of you know this website coming from? I already order EZFlash 4 until I check my email. They denied it. So I want to know where is coming from. My bank block two states for payment. New York and NJ. Sadly website didn't say where they are coming from. I check contact us and nothing there about email or address.

I don't know the answer to your question, but I'm pretty sure that's illegal. US federal law prohibits restricting interstate commerce, and it seems like that's what your bank's doing.

I think you need tell me something else. Problem is I can't cancel my order that I made mistake to check the total. I don't think that website is actually flawless. It f*** up with me. It said "my order have been completed, thank you for shopping! We will promptly ship the goods once you make the payment!" Problem is I didn't set up my debit card or PayPal. So why skip it ahead? You think I can trust you and website just like that? I doubt it. Look at Ebay and Amazon. They didn't skip the order and payment. They do have double check before you confirm to pay. The website you offered me is already set the order and I didn't decide to pay yet because I want to check the price for shipping and total. I won't trust that website and I am really impress from this website trust that website you offered me is most dumbest way to trust. Why they decide set the order and wait for your payment? You think I can trust that website so easily just like that? Uh-huh. I am not going fall your trap or that website. I don't trust that website for 1 f***ing second! Bravo, GBATEMP staff to trust that website so easily. Unless you can proof me wrong about that website you offered me. I know but they set the order without I make information for my Paypal or my debit card. So sorry. It will not make me trust that website that easily. Why they set the order without preview the total? I smell fishy. I do really want buy EZF4, but R43DS website denied me twice. And now NDS-Card set the order without preview total price? This won't make me do it because of that way. Most of website always have preview total price before you set the order. You don't set the order before preview total price. Always have preview total price before you set the order. NDS-Card is completely cut me off to trust. You said that website is #1. I don't buy it. This website is already setup before NDS-CARD set up. So why GBATEMP trust NDS-CARD so easily?
