Hacking Is possible to convert .sav to cia game saves? (bunch of bins)

As in topic : is possible or not.
Im on luma cfw w/a9lh i have an eshop game : OoT 3d and i dont want to play it again (played on n64/wii/pc etc) . Is it possible to convert an .sav (512kb) downloaded from web to the bins used by sdf? I dont have a gateway only R4i gold (2016 revolution etc) from dsi.

unfortunately, gateway is required since u have to mount the game. the .sav files r encrypted, so there's no other way afaik.

You'll have to get someone with a Gateway to convert it for you.
