I don't know how in the world this hasn't been cancelled yet... It's taking far too long. Say what you want but 6 years for an indie game is ridiculous
Never heard of Mother 4 before. Those fan hacking groups don't learn from mistakes of others. If you are working on a game that uses an IP of Nintendo, don't advertise it on the internet.
Mother 4? You mean Takedown Notice 4! Because Nintendo is fucking horrible.
Or just don't even make them. Actually fans should stop showing love and dedication to Nintendo because Nintendo won't return the favor.

Before everyone gets up in arms about this. The creator of the Mother series does not plan on making a 4th entry. This is one of those rare moments where a fan project is allowed to be made. Prove me wrong guys.
Game Freak isn't planning on making Pokemon Prism, still sent a C&D
Nintendo isn't planning on making a remake to Metroid 2, still C&D
It doesn't matter what they are planning, Nintendo protects their IPs worse than Disney. They attack anything using their IPs and they don't have a chill.

We're waiting for Mega Man X Corrupted since it started as flash game in 2007.
Guess you don't know what it means to be an indie developer, then. When there's nothing but a small team that is obsessed with churning out a quality game they tend to take their time. Ever hear of the game Cortex Command? It was in alpha stages for nearly a decade before the developers released betas with a small taste of the campaign. It's just now become a full game, and it's brilliant.
Pls Nintendo doesn't care about the Mother franchise. They don't fully own it either, Itoi has most of it, and he doesn't mind.
On another note, keep in mind the game restarted development in 2013-14, so it's more like 3-4 years rather than 6.
