Hacking Is it able to change 3ds's region to Korean?

I have N3DS XL with A9LH, and when I search for region change, most of posts only wrote about USA, EUR and JPN, but I saw a post that it is able to change region to KOR by changing region part of secureinfo_A as 05, but I'm kinda nervous if this will brick my 3ds. Is this a right way to change region as KOR?

I personally don't know much about region changing but if you are nervous either YOLO it or look for a easier way.

You need to install a Korean OS first (which you can download with 3DNUS's full system download feature, and install with SysUpdater or any other cia manager; removing some applications from the one you have now - like 3ds camera, 3ds sound, face raiders etc - may be needed to free enough space)

as above: download a Taiwanese update pack, install it, then edit secureinfo region to 06

Yeah I'm sure it is, unless Nintendo added a whole region of fw for the sakes of like of 4 people who would be allowed to own a 3ds

And for all the 17 games which got ported, including- pokemon kim, pokemon jong (sun&moon), shovel man (not to influence the poor koreans by showing them a knight accidentally) and super smashing bro- kim jong awakes

Try downloading the files from NUS.
Also you should do this with CFW (make a backup before and keep it in a safe place), you"ll need to use EmuNand or RedNand if you use that. You can do it in the System Nand but only if you have Arm9LoaderHax.
