From what I heard its as simple as uninstalling a9lh first then installing sighax on the latest firmware,no downgrading required unless it will only be tied to 11.2

We probably can remove / patch things to make the Home Menu load faster without doing crucial things.

And no, it would absoluty make no sense..
N3DS has a much faster processor than the O3DS, just imagine the lag that would make, almost everything would crash or wouldn't start because it was supposed to be run on a completely different hardware and as zoogie said before, the hardware doesn't support it anyway..
So no. No binding of Isaac for you
