from what I read about your problems , I have two questions

1- did you try a fresh install of your OS ?
2- some of your problems appears to be BIOS related , Did you try to reset BIOS ? are you overclocking CPU ? RAM ?

i ve tried that... i bought a new mobo and i reseated it ! ...
the only thing that could be possible is a bad cpu.... and this sucks.. cause x99 cpus are expensive
Only way to find out is to change the chip or post a ad on craigs list asking for someone else who has one that you could try?

To answer the question, no, the pins do not look bent. They look fine to me.

Edit: also note that double posting is against the rules. Edit your previous post rather than posting again.

I had the same problem, unplug all sata except for your install drive. Especially if you're using an M.2, but if not it's still important. X99s suck ass with determining boot drives.
After that DO NOT use an install CD for your mobo updates, go to the website and install them (unzip them) once you get WinZip or winrar.
After that you should be good to connect your storage drives. If you still get issues check the boot sequence and boot overrides in bios.
Hope this helps, it sounds exactly what like what I had gone through.

for me the x99 build just died, now it is dust safe wrapped in plastic ... because the adobe programs dont work well... i ve bought myself the x99 only for rendering ... i need them... but i ve done everything... i ve now another cpu for the build ( post works booting works.. and so on) but i need it to render my files and this doesnt work... so i need to spend some money on another cpu... not the 5930k i am thinking in buying a 6900k i guess.... but lets see if the cpu is the actual problem...
the preview doesnt work well in premiere and in aftereffects ... and yeah i am just angry now everything seems working except ...the programs i need for university

You should try clearing your cmos and resetting windows, you never know. Or atleast run those adobe apps in some instance other then windows.
