Ugh. I compiled the installer myself, some random guy helped me installing all the tools for compiling because I never compiled a 3dsx before.

Btw, Web compiler was invented on Feb 26th

Ohhhhh the nostalgia hurts me soo bad...
I installed A9LH on the beggining of march, when the guide was less than a week old...
Ive compiled the installer by myself, and i can remember myself dying from stress while using OTPHelper 0.5 and flashing my unbricked 2.1.0-4E EmuNAND to my SysNAND...I was so happy that my installation was a successful, and I won't forget this Thx so much Plailect for helping so many n00bs!!!

I did it back when you still had to use a hex editor and a couple rather sketchy command-line tools to alter the NAND image that you'd then flash blindly and pray you were on 2.1. Luckily Aurora posted some hashes that I was able to verify against, and it worked. I was pretty nervous.

And yes it was uphill in the snow, both ways.

It was a very exciting time, reading all the technical stuff and watching everything change so much. I hope it can happen again. I guess sighax won't be hugely exciting, so I hope something like this can happen with the Switch.

I remember the days of bashing menuhax peasants. There's an official list of them somewhere on the EoF as well as glorious a9lh master racers. We will never forget our leader, @Margen67 !

I upgraded to A9LH sometime in June or July I forget lmao. Honestly I'm surprised the installation method has gotten easier and easier over the months.
