Homebrew Is it safe to update to firmware 11.3 on Luma3DS?

menuhax is fine, too. assuming you use 9.2 sysnand, of course.

But i downloaded NTR a few days ago.. what do i need to do? Get rid of the NTR .bin thingy? Or reinstall the .cia? Sorry, i'm not very good at explaining things.

yes just make sure you make a nand backup and update luma3ds
