Homebrew Smash Bros. announcer voice swap?

Hi there, i'd like to change smash announcer voice from italian to english. I know i could change my console language to do that, but i would like to know if i can just mod the game to permanently get the english announcer over the italian one, since we don't have something like gecko os on wii that let us choose the language in PAL games. I don't care about changing the text to english, it's just that i don't like the italian voice actor. I saw a spanish text and english announcer mod, does anybody know how to do that with the italian version?

thank you for your answer, i don't use sdcafiine, but i tried to do that with ftpiiu everywhere. I managed to put the english announcer in the menu selection, but as soon as i select a dlc character like ryu, no announcer can be heard at all. i got into a match, the console froze at the end. it seems that the files for dlc characters are very sensitive to modification, i remember trying to mod ryu's english voice to the japanese one and getting the same errors. Oh well, i guess i'll just stick with the italian announcer, it's no big deal
