What I wanna know is how the hacker got that crap through the servers? There's a legality checker for all online interactions and it'll spit out anything that you can't get normally in-game.

Back in Gen 6 , online legality checker we're absolute shit , so you could enter with a Hoopa Unbound Shiny and yet still you could battle with that.

Heck , there was a case where a guy had a Mega Mewtwo X and evolved it to a Mega Mewtwo Y

That's.... odd. I've never been able to get anything that hacked into any online things. I used to do giveaway events, even, and it was always at least good by not letting you trade anything out that was clearly hacked.

Myabe I'm doing it wrong or something.

Yeah, Shiny Celebi, Gen 1 shiny Mew, Shiny Victini, Keldeo and Volcanion all work online for whatever reason.....

I noticed that and then I try to keep that APP，but the byte which I thought links to level is readonly.as for pkhax,There is limited to 100，the same as pkhex

You can use HxD to edit whatever you want in the .pk6/.pk7. Also there is god mode on pksm that makes those bytes writable. I'm pretty sure it's some kind of cheat plugin though.

I try that too,but when I import it to pkhex,the level turns to 100

It was NTR cheats that let it actually show the level like that. But both programs can create extremely illegal Pokemon. Eevee with cursed body and 999 IVs with 999 EV points in each stat and stuff like that. Having them actually over lvl 100 (with experience) just reverts them back eventually.
