Did you make a copy on your pc or somewhere? If not you going to have to make a new one. Or use 9.2 CTR Transfer and update from there if you was follow the guide

What? you want to make a nand backup? if yes, download hourglass9, and place it on /luma/payloads/
and rename it to x_Hourglass9.bin.

After turning the 3ds on, hold X and there you go, create your back up.
