I would assume you do that the same way you put any file on a USB drive. (Not sure why you'd need a tutorial for this, unless you've never used a computer before?)

very bad response I read somewhere I need to create a wbfs folder I was just confirming it.

You don't need to create the WBFS folder, nor copy the file manually into it.
like said, use "Wii Backup Manager" and use it to install the game to USB the exact same way than if it was an ISO.

PC <-> Wii Backup Manager <-> USB

Using that program will prevent user's error.
