Is this a thread of PSP-only translations?
I can't recall if I saw some other ones thrown around in here.
Anyway, I wanted to bring up two WIP:
A while ago, I started screwing around with Wrecking Crew '98 for the Super Famicom. User Ghanim has been helping a lot too.
This game is a complete hidden gem of the system, and I wanted to make it available for western users.
The link for the main thread for the WIP is here:
http://www.romhacking.net/forum/index.php/topic,21799.0.html
I already documented some stuff about it, along with most of the text from the game documented too.
I also added information about the data banks for the tutorial texts and Ghanim has been helping with additional info and a proper TBL file.
Unfortunately, the main story (and menus) text is stored as compressed data, and until someone figures out the decompression routine, that will have to wait a bit.
- Super Castlevania IV (Uncensored)
With the deveopment of the SC4ED, some users over at RomHacking have gathered to make two projects:
- Super Castlevania IV Uncensored - US ROM with all the graphical (text if needed) changes redone.
- Akumajou Dracula Translation - JAP ROM with a proper custom title screen and translated text.
With that said, for the Akumajou Dracula translation, the only thing missing right now is the accurate translation of the intro text, which is this one:
We are only missing that portion to implement the translated text into it, and that should be it for the translation!
As for the uncensored version
If someone could help out with the translation of that short intro text, that'd be awesome, and you'll be credited in the translation page of the Hack once it is released.
