1). The event itself is marketed towards Japan, not the west. This means the main competitor there is the Vita, and Xbone/ PS4 don't have much pressence there. Just look at all the jrpgs.
2). The launch/ first three month lineup is still growing.
3). No one knows its exact spec, but if Nvidia is big about it, there is no reason to worry.
4). All of wii u's games are coming, first and second party. Games before/ around e3 2014 have excellent quality.

Is this supposed to make the Switch look good? Come on. It's out there so people will make what they will of it. A good considerable amount already tried it and they/I liked it but there's certainly a lot of flaws.

The thing to remember that in Japan, Wii U sells a lot better than everything else (hence the shitty games we get post e3 2014). And since the event is Japan focused, it is understandable we don't get much of what we want, but good things are to come. Just wait for PAX 2017. Or we get another e3 2015.

Let's hope so.

Tekken 7 is an upcoming game for PS4, XO and PC and yet it won't be on the Switch. If Bandai downgraded the game a bit to work on the Switch (appears to be a tad more powerful than the WiiU, it seems) then it'd be great to have a fighting game that isn't Smash Bros.
