Nah, I'm not really a fan of cheating. I just skilled crap I don't even need. Fixed it now. c: (screw spears! )
And to answer my own question, yes, there was a cheat to rearrange my wasted points.

You have to use them one at a time (don't turn on both codes at the same time). I used one, went back to game, then went back and turned it off and turned the other one on. After it registers, you can turn the codes off so you can sort the bag.

Hey nice - increase walking speed means significantly reducing the time needed to complete the game. I always like such cheats. It's just that in some games you waste so much time just walking around.

I'm Pretty sure this does not remove key items that are already in your bag. It just adds all items but the key items.

Yeah it's just like the monsters drop items after every fight, it doesn't turn off. You have to restart the game.
