I bricked it while upgrading from 2.1 to 11.2 because I gave up and was too stupid to read the guide further.
I Don't have a nand backup. because my sd card decieded to format itself.
what can I do now?

Hope someone can help me. Hope all of you have a great day!

if you updated from 2.1, you've bricked. since you didn't backup the nand image on your computer and formatted your sd card, your only hope is that if its possible to use CTR-Transfer images to restore using a hardmod, which probably wont work

Just recoverd NANDmin.bin what can i do now?
I hope it's not from another 3DS, or you'll brick for good !

You should also recover NANDmin.bin.sha1 , then if A9LH installed correctly before you updated you can boot Hourglass9 through Luma by pressing Select during power on, and restore the Nand from there.

I'm not familiar with this brick, but it should work.

I ahve the NANDmin.bin.sha1

and A9LH wasn't installed correctly so what can i do then?
since A9LH isnt installed to where you can boot payloads, spend 60~120 depending who you find, to do a hardmod. w/ your "Lazyness" No offense you shouldnt be trusted to manually setup a hardmod yourself, (if you have shit all for experince or shakey hands, that'd make you even worse to install a hardmod)

Hardmodding will allow you to write to the 3DS Nand, since you can't boot anything it's the only way to rewrite your Nand backup on your 3DS.

Still if I were in your shoes, I'd verify the hash of your NANDmin.bin with the sha1 sig first if you recovered it from your formatted SD
