Homebrew I can't run Decrypt9 and nothing seems to be helping!(Assistance Needed)

I have a 2DS with CFW at v.11.2.0-35U and I've tried Decrypt9 as a luma payload and I've tried it using safehax and fasthax, but it's not working. Please tell me if you know anything that might help.

If you have A9LH+Luma installed, copy Decrypt9WIP.bin to /luma/payloads/x_Decrypt9WIP.bin

Then shut off the system, and hold X while turning it on.

What happens if you hold Select while turning it on?

It black screens and I have to turn it off and back on.

Decrypt9UI hasn't been updated in ages and probably doesn't support the current A9LH+Luma setup.
