Homebrew Did i Brick my 3DS XL? using Plailect guide?

hello guys i need help.. i cant boot luma3ds chainloader menu and i gives me black screen after i finish Section 3 of Installing Arm9loaderhax in Plailect guide. I follow this guide https://github.com/AuroraWright/Luma3DS/wiki/FAQ-and-Troubleshooting ..to troubleshoot my problem but nothing happens.. but i can still go to LUMA3ds CONFIGURATION.. is there a way to solve this problem.. i hope someone can help me.. thanks

if you reach luma configuration pressing select on boot, and the configuration shows up in second 0: your device is NOT bricked. Can you reach hourglass9 booting with start button pressed?

yes that's is what i do next after i finish in the luma3ds config then the after i press start to reboot the 3ds hang then after 10 mins of waiting i force to off it by holding the power button.. then On again while holding the start button and nothing happens still black screen.. thanks for the reply sir

What happens when the sd card isnt inserted?

Edit:Nvm i reinterpreted the post, just restore the nand backup i know you made

Luma can't boot 2.1. Finish the rest of the guide.

I had this problem before, make sure to delete the home menu data. (000008f) for U.S

With the device off: hold start, then power on. Hold until hourglass9 appears.

If doesn't work: please verify the file start_hourglass9.bin is in SD:/luma/payloads/ and try again.
If doesn't work: redownload hourglass9 and try again.

Once working: continue with the guide.

You clearly didn't read the entire Section 3, because it says:

• If you get a black screen, just continue to the next section
• If you get a “Failed to mount CTRNAND” error, just continue to the next section

Edit: I see, you can't boot the chainloader menu. Make sure Luma is updated to the latest version.
If it still doesn't work, try the latest build here: https://jenkins.hakujou.fr/job/3DS/job/Luma3DS/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/Luma3DS.zip

As long as you can boot the Luma3DS menu, your 3DS is probably recoverable, don't worry.

You only need arm9loaderhax.bin.

If that still doesn't work, try renaming Hourglass9.bin to start_Hourglass9.bin and try again. This shouldn't be necessary anymore now that Luma has a chainloader menu, but since that doesn't seem to be working for you, it's worth a shot.

my god.. problem comes again.. back up failed.. no enough space.. can i use my other SDcard? can i just copy and paste it to my other SDcard? i cant use the other guide in the forum for transfer.. i am using macbook.. is there a guide for mac? thanks again and sorry for much spoon feeding..

its not working sir.. when i insert my new sdcard i cant press the (b) because i eject my SDcard.. BTW sir is it ok to use micro sdcard with adapter?

Remember that NAND you where supposed to back up when you made a copy of your files9 folder? Make shure you have it.
