Your presuming the switch even gets hacked within the next 2 years. Yes i know this is Nintendo but the 3DS went a fair few years before we had easy access to homebrew.
Hackings gotten better since then and There are more people interested in hacking this system than when the 3ds first came out and if Nintendo makes a big mess up it could even be hacked this year.

The security crap on nes mini you can access the nand though the USB port. Also people have got downgrading working on lasted firmware update I don't think Nintendo's going to learn.
I think you're being a little naive, its not as easy as you think it is

The NES Mini security doesn't really matter, i doubt much effort was put in to it. You buy the NES Mini and that's it. You can't download any additional games from Nintendo, you can't buy any additional games. Nintendo have made all the money they can possibly make from it already, so what is done to it after that Nintendo won't care about either way.

The Switch will be hacked im sure, just dont expect anything like the 3DS scene any time soon. I mean look how long the Wii U has been out and the scene has only really developed in to something worth while in the last 12 months, despite exploits been out there for a long time.

No, not even close. This doesn't even use the same stuff as the 3DS. Emulation is super hard

The problems with 3DS are a result of bad infrastructure early on, at this point they've had ample time to fix all the issues 3DS/Wii U had fundamentally. Security with Nintendo has only gotten better in their mainline consoles, but early mistakes are easier to find when there's been years to find them. Don't make assumptions or bash Nintendo if you've never actually found exploits.

As for the NES mini, it's not a mainline console. Didn't have any custom chips or anything done for it, and it only used emulation on top of Linux, so no real reason to secure it that much.

For the naysayers, I can see it happening just to provide proof of concept one day. Now a optimal 3ds emulator? Maybe not.

You may want to reconsider spending $80 to buy a Sky3DS+ because you can install A9LH hacks on your 3DS on the latest version. Also, it's free.
No i was talking about the sqitch. I think that because it uses cards there will be a pirating soulution Luke the sky3ds

Btw 3ds games in the switch are unlikely because there is only one screen
