Homebrew badge arcade sees modified badges but not my own

hey I just hacked Nintendo badge arcade with someone's 1000+ badges with a tutorial I followed I used to have 10 badges ..... the good news is that my 3ds detects all of the new badges but none of the old ones. I would fix this but choosing what badges I want in my collection but when I go to badge arcade it doesn't detect the 1000+ badges and it only detects mine so what should I do since I want to use some of my own badges and get rid of some of his since I don't really play animal crossing

so, it keeps the fake badges, but removes yours? It should remove all of the badges if it detects it is corrupt. Then if you select an option in settings, you can get all your official badges back. Then after restore the badges with GYTB.
