Now the mature audience of gamers can enjoy their M rated titles uncut (I hope). If any parents complain about any T or M rated games Nintendo can direct them to using parental controls to block the content.

This seems like a win/win situation for both parties.

Failing that, you can import mature games thanks to no region lock.

Region locking never stopped me from importing my games in the first place thanks to the lovely and dedicated homebrew community we have here. To date I've imported 7 Wii U titles and over 10 3DS games, I have that much faith in the homebrew developers to deliver.

But the Switch isn't region locked, so no one has to make homebrew to bypass it, that's what I'm saying.

I'm fully aware of the region lock being gone and it's completely off topic from the point I'm getting across.

If anyone cares that much about having their games uncensored it only takes a bit of Google searching to mod their system and the dedication to import whichever titles you want.

This leads me to believe they won't be so invasive with censorship.
I really like the ease and control of the parental control because it should be much more easier for parents to understand about its use.

More importantly there should be no argument anymore about a game getting censored. If anyone cries "think of the children" excuse they're more than welcome to use the parental controls. Leave the mature gamers out of it.
