Hacking Is it possible to change sysNAND and emuNAND region, and more questions...

I have some questions:

1. Would it be possible to change both the region of sysNAND and emuNAND with another New 3DS?
2. If you can change the region, I think you need a donor system. If I have a New 3DS XL, could that donor system be an older model, such as a Old 3DS, or does it have to be the same model?
3. What would be some of the consequences of switching regions? Would I lose access to any part of the system and/or online services?
4. Could I return the Old 3DS and be fine if someone went online on it while I am currently online, or would I have to disable the system in some way before I do?
5. Is owning Cubic Ninja a requirement before I do anything?
6. Would both consoles (region switched and donor) have the same friend code?
7. Is there any kind of ban risk from the whole process?
8. If there is anything region specific? For example, say there was some kind of CFW that only worked on American 3DS's, would that means it works on a region switched one as well?
9. If anything goes wrong during any part of switching it and it is bricked, would a NAND restore fix all the problems?
10. If I do a NAND backup while I am on the new region and I have to restore it, will I still be on that region or will it revert back?

Some of these questions may not make sense, and I am sorry but I don't really understand much of how anything really works.

all online services fine OTHER THEN ESHOP!!! yes, no more eshop if you region change. but if you had the permissions to region change, you have the permissions to ciangel/freeshop
cubic ninja/other game based hax would do nothing, as you need kernel access.
both consoles will have the same FC until one is formatted

For example, say I switched from American to Europe region, I wanted to know if I would, for some reason, go back to the American region.

Also, I think there was a way to make the eShop work, but it said something about secureinfo. I'm confused on what that means though... Could someone explain?

anything goes wrong, youll brick, yes
nand restore and you all good, so long as it is from that 3ds, but it will restore its original region

secure info needs a donor 3ds, it tricks the eshop into thinking its the source console.
you dont technically need a donor to region change

Oh sorry, if you want it just for that, then i don't reccomend you actually get it at all, it would be a waste of like $100.
Have to ask though, why are you region changing anyway?
If your looking to play out of region games, cfw can already do that

That only works with the smaller N3DS though, the XL can not swap cases.

There is a way for region changed n3ds to access the new regions eShop just not sure where that gude is atm. I think you region change; then system transfer from the region changed and this removes the country lock eshop issue on the system.
Will see what I can find.

As for swapping motherboards, I guess they mean get a motherboard from the region you want to swap to ..
