Homebrew Question about where vWii data is stored. (REPLY TO THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!)

Hello, I am about to format my hard drive using the Wii U format option so I can format it again using WBFS Manager so I can load backup games. I am moving all my stuff to the Wii U's memory, but I need to know this urgently:

Where is my vwii data stored?
If I moved everything I see that was in the hard drive in Data Management, would EVERYTHING be moved?
If I format the hard drive using the Wii U option, will my PC recognize it now?
Am I doing this wrong?

vWii data?
The Wii U formatted drive is not recognized by the computer at all.
If you moved everything, you should be good as long as you keep the HDD clean of anything.

One more thing:
The Wii U format is exclusively used for games on the Wii U menu, not on vWii.
If you format the drive using the Wii U format, the vWii won't be able to see anything.
So if you want to use a drive for vWii, you have to use another one for Wii U, you can't use the same one for both.

As in case of the Wii, on the SD card and Wii U's vWii part of the NAND.

Yes, everything, game itself, updates, DLC and saves.

No. You will still have to format it on PC (if I remember correctly, you have to remove the WiiU partition and create a new one)

Yes, you are doing it all wrong. If you format the HDD to Wii U format your PC will not recognize it. I formatted a drive to WBFS format back in 2008-09 without a Wii U obviously, but that file system became obsolete very quickly. You want FAT32 for the vWii. I am not positive where all the vWii data is stored but I think it is on the SD card.

try disk management in windows. wait, r u formatting the drive for virtual wii and it was a wii u drive?

Well, the first time I got the hard drive, I plugged it into my Wii U and it formatted itself already. Is it too late?

No you can fix it. Most likely from Disk Management on a windows administrator account, but I am not sure of the exact procedure.

Your PC will recognize it, but you will only be able to see it in disk management.

Also, your title for this post is stupid and more likely to stop people from helping you.
